    Blackbringer is well done fantasy fiction with faeries The storyline is intricate and inventive I never thought I'd read a book that was able to combine faerie lore with djinn lore but it was done very successfully here I liked the characters including Magpie the lead heroine and her murder of crows who she travels with They love her dearly and their love is reciprocated in spades And there is also Talon a Prince of a faerie war
