Mits of the far Long EarthFor Joshua the crisis he faces is much closer to home He becomes embroiled in the plight of the Next the super bright post humans who are beginning to emerge from their “long childhood” in the community called Happy Landings located deep in the Long Earth Ignorance and fear have caused “normal” human society to turn against the Next A dramatic showdown seems inevitabl. Not starting out well at all At p40 I m already boredHow could two of the best SF F authors of the modern era make a story of two epic journeys across billions of worlds so boring asks Otherwyrld yourself a favor and read some of the 2 and 1 star reviews before you take this one onLong Earth 1 was very good Long War 2 was pretty good this one looks like it s headed back to the library soon I m closing it out as as DNF after 40 pages a new record I think I did leave a bookmark in in case I change my mind
