    While I enjoyed the writing style and the open and honest dialogue it was a bit too much you gotta love yourself embrace your inner goddess for my tastes If you like yoga classes with incense and chanting and self affirmations then this is the book for you If you prefer yoga that sticks to namaste and the poses

    This is a pretty generic pregnancy book It has some nice recipes for healthy food But in terms of useful information it wasn't very useful for me I liked the yoga poses though This might work better for someone who actually lives in the USA as the health system here in Canada is different For me this book was about Latha
