    A wonderful collection of chef inspired recipes full of fresh ingredients and layers of interesting flavours Not only were the recipes I tried great I also really enjoyed reading the long introductions to the recipes which gave insight into the creation andor evolution of the recipe in the chef's famous Irish kitchen note I really have to include this towards my reading challenge if I have any hope at all of coming close
