So I faltered towards the end of the month. I managed 15,000+ steps most days in August up to the 26th, when Lily got a lil sick. Then I stopped watching my food intake and steps per day.
I did not count calories exactly, but I tried to be aware of what I was putting in me. I was aiming for 1800 – 2000 calories a day. I actually found I was not eating enough. Theres a horror laundry list of health problems that can cause.
I am down to 10.7 stone from 11 stone from months beginning and my legs have tone back. My legs have always been my most awesome feature so thats pretty awesome.
